Applications Open for the Wellbeing Lab CAPP Program

The City of Palmdale, in partnership with The Wellbeing Lab, is excited to announce the opening of applications for the second cohort of the Certificate in Applied Positive Psychology (CAPP) program. The cohort will be comprised of up to 50 Antelope Valley community leaders, set to begin in late April 2023 and run through the end of the year.

The CAPP program has been designed for all to gain confidence, motivation, and impact in the work they provide and will allow for personal and professional development for all participants.

Applications for the CAPP program are due April 1 and may be accessed at www.thewellbeinglab.com/capp-av. Scholarships are offered by Palmdale's Leadership Antelope Valley initiative, a project of Palmdale Cares. The CAPP class will begin on April 20 and participants will be notified by April 10 if they have been chosen to participate. Two 45-minute virtual information sessions will be offered on March 16 at 12:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. via Zoom. Both sessions may be accessed at https://bit.ly/CAPPinfoZoom.
